We are very proud to offer you the first Breton artisanal cider labeled High Environmental Value (HVE), which we named Célestine in tribute to our grandmother, founder of the SORRE house. These blends are exclusively crafted with the forty varieties of apples grown on our orchard estate, also certified Organic Agriculture (AB).
