Shipping Policy

We deliver our Breton ciders across mainland United Kingdom.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods. Delivery charges, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Age verification on delivery — 18+

All our products contain alcohol. Deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy and may ask for photographic ID. If no adult is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection; orders cannot be left unattended.

Damaged deliveries

Our bottles are packed in protective packaging designed for glass. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we will put it right — see our Refund Policy.

Weddings and events

For case orders for weddings and events we are happy to arrange delivery for a specific date where possible — contact us at bretoncider@gmail.com to arrange this before ordering.

Collection

You can also collect your order free of charge from Chez Marcel, 43 Broad Street, Bristol BS1 2EP (Tuesday to Sunday, 9am–3.30pm). Proof of age will be required on collection.
