Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your cider. This policy explains your rights when buying from BRETON CIDER SHOP. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods. To cancel, email bretoncider@gmail.com with your order number. Bottles must be returned unopened, with seals intact and labels undamaged, within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost and safe packaging of the return unless the goods are faulty. Once we receive the goods we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method, including standard delivery charges (but not any premium delivery option).

Damaged or faulty goods

Please check your delivery on arrival. If any bottle arrives broken, leaking or otherwise damaged, or if a product is faulty (for example a corked or spoiled cider), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including delivery costs.

What we cannot refund

For hygiene and licensing reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless the product is faulty. We also cannot refund orders refused at delivery because no adult aged 18 or over was available to accept and sign for them; redelivery charges may apply in that case.
