How to drink it

Serve cold, 8–10°C, poured into a wide bolée or a wine glass. Dry Breton cider does the work of a crisp white wine at half the alcohol — it is built for galettes and seafood, but it handles roast pork, a cheeseboard, fish and chips and a Sunday roast just as well.
